The Board admitted Angola as an EITI candidate country
Angola becomes EITI's 57th implementing country
The EITI welcomes Angola as an EITI implementing country as of 16 June 2022. In accordance with the EITI Standard, Angola is required to publish the required information (typically through an EITI Report) within 18 months of being admitted as an EITI implementing country (i.e, by 16 December 2023). Validation will commence within two and a half years of becoming an implementing country (i.e., 16 December 2024).
