Iraq SOEs' financial statements 2016-2018

Since 2019, Iraq has periodically published the financial statements of some of the state-owned enterprises (SOEs) operating in the upstream oil and gas sector. These include: 

• Basra Oil Company
• Midland Oil Company
• Missan Oil Company
• North Oil Company
• Oil Exploration Company 
• Iraqi Drilling Company
• South Refineries Company
• Midlland Refineries Company 
• Oil Products Distribution Company
• State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO)

These were originally published in Arabic on the respective state-owned enterprises' and on the Iraq EITI website. The SOE's financial statements are available for the 2016-2018 period. The Ministry of Oil has directed the oil and gas SOEs to publish their financial statements.
