Opening Extractives programme midterm evaluation public summary report
This report provides an independent midterm evaluation of the Opening Extractives programme.
The Opening Extractives programme worked with Oxford Insights to conduct the midterm evaluation of the programme. The evaluation included evaluation of progress and outcomes of the programme in each country, using qualitative research methods, consisting of interviews and desk research. To capture diverse perspectives, 26 interviews were conducted with the programme activity leaders, in-country staff, external consultants and partners, and programme funders. Oxford Insights also shared recommendations and ideas on the priorities for the second phase of the programme.
