Azerbaijan released its 11th EITI report on 14 December 2009. Uniquely among EITI implementing countries, Azerbaijan issues annual and semi annual reports that are available at the website of Azerbaijan's State Oil Fund. The 11th report covers the period Jan-Jun 2009.
Consistent with the recommendations of the Validation process carried out in 2009, a new quality assurance process has been put in place. Stakeholders will undertake a detailed review of the auditor’s findings in order to endorse the report.
The Azerbaijan EITI Multi-Stakeholder Group is also developing a workplan covering 2010.
