Call for tender: Independent Administrator for Sierra Leone 2013 EITI Report

The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone through the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of the PUBLIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ENABLING SUPPORT PROJECT (PFMBESP) amounting to Unit of Account (UA) 4,000,000 and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for provision of Consultancy Services to Audit and produce 2013 EITI Report.

This request for Expressions of Interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in United Nations Development Business  online (UNDB online) on 15th March, 2012  and on the African Development Bank’s internet website (www.afdb.org).

The Ministry of Finance and Economic Development (MoFED) represented by the Project Coordination Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Details of project documents can be obtained from the Bank website: www.afdb.org.

Interested consultants (firms) must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions,   and availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).  Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. This invitation is open to all firms who are capable to provide the above mentioned services.

A shortlist of six firms will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the African Development Bank’s Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants available at the Bank Website www.afdb.org.

Interested Consultants may obtain further information at the addresses below during office hours from Monday to Friday (0900 to 1600 hrs GMT).

Written Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below on or before 22nd April, 2015 at 15:00 hours and mention or indicate on the envelope “EOI for Consultancy Services to Audit and Produce 2013 EITI Report”.
