Fatma Nyambura
Policy Manager
Fatma was formerly a Policy Manager leading the International Secretariat’s work on commodity trading and state owned enterprises transparency. She also provided technical support in the thematic areas of energy transition and gender.
Prior to joining the EITI, Fatma worked in development consulting and was involved in the implementation of extractive industry and private sector programmes in East, West and Southern Africa. Fatma is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Certified Public Secretary. She holds a Master’s degree in Mineral Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and a Bachelor of Law from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
