Léontine-Tania OYOUOMI-LOUMBOU épouse BIBEY

National Coordinator, EITI Gabon, Economic and Financial Adviser of the Ministry of Oil Gas and Mines

Léontine holds a Master in applied economics at the University of Bordeaux IV. She joined the Oil Administration in January 2010 as an Economist in the General Directorate of Hydrocarbons. From January 2017, she was in charge of the finance department of the Director General of Hydrocarbons.

Since December 2019, she has held the position of Economic and Financial Advisor to the Minister of Oil, Gas and Mines and was appointed President of the Gabon EITI Group in the Council of Ministers of 20 November 2020.
