PetroNor is a Sub-Saharan focused exploration and production company (E&P) with licenses in three countries offshore West Africa. The company has production in the Republic of Congo, development in Nigeria and exploration in The Gambia, and it aims to grow in the region.

PetroNor E&P is listed on the Oslo Børs. The company prepares and discloses its financial statements according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) guidelines. The company is pleased to expand its disclosure practices in compliance with the EITI Standard and in line with considerations of beneficial ownership and contract transparency.
