African Rainbow Minerals Limited (ARM) is a mining and minerals company based in South Africa. ARM mines and beneficiates iron ore, manganese ore, chrome ore, platinum group metals (PGMs), nickel and coal.

As a member of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM), ARM also subscribes to the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), a global standard that promotes revenue transparency and the management of revenues from natural resources. The aim of the EITI is to strengthen natural resource governance and improve transparency and accountability in the extractives sector.
