African Development Bank Group: 2015 Annual Meetings

The Bank’s 50th Annual Meeting will take place in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, from May 25-29, 2015. The Meetings will see the election of a new Bank President, one of the most important decisions for the institution and the continent. The 50th anniversary of the Bank will also be marked.

The theme of the 2015 ADB meetings is "Africa and the New Global Landscape" and will mark 50 years of the Bank’s contribution to the development of Africa. The meetings and election of the new president of the ADB take place over the period Monday 25 – Friday 29 May 2015.

Head of the EITI International Secretariat, Mr. Jonas Moberg, will participate as a Panelist to the 50th Annual Meeting of the African Development Bank (ADB) on Thursday 28 May 2015. He will join Ministers from Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea, to speak on the topic of ‘Commodities Boom and Bust: Where are we?’.
