On behalf of the government of Yemen and the Yemen EITI Council, the Yemen EITI Secretariat now seeks a competent, qualified and internationally recognized accounting/auditing firm to be contracted as an Independent Administrator to produce the 4th YEITI Report covering the period January 2012 to December 2012.
