Making Ghana's oil money count: Lessons from gold mining

In this paper Ransford Edward Van Gyampo provides analysis of transparency organisations in Ghana and how they impact resource extraction on the ground. It particularly studies the case of the EITI through interviewing members of the Steering Committee of the EITI in Ghana, drawing on the analysis of the history of implementation and providing prognosis for future of the EITI in Ghana.
