Pre-validation country visit: Ethiopia
The EITI International Secretariat will be visiting Ethiopia from 27-28 November 2017 to help them prepare for the upcoming Country validation in April 2018. The latest EITI disclosures (2014) show that Ethiopia received USD 148 million from extractive industry taxation. Two fifths of these revenues came from gold production and another two fifths from cement manufacturing. To find out more about Ethiopia, please visit the country page.
