Kazakhstan is not eligible for an extension of the reporting deadline for fiscal year 1 January 2020- 31 December 2020. The deadline for the publication of the outstanding report remains 31 December 2022.
In accordance with Article 7, Section 4 of the EITI Standard, Kazakhstan is temporarily suspended. The suspension will be automatically lifted if the report is published within 6 months of the reporting deadline
