International Women in Mining (IWiM)
International Women in Mining (IWiM) is a global not-for-profit organisation pursuing gender equality and promoting women’s voices, access to opportunities and leadership in mining. IWiM seeks to inspire both men and women to become advocates, change-makers and leaders in their businesses, communities and countries. IWiM connects with over 13,000 followers in over 125 countries and with over 70 WIM organisations on all continents.
IWiM believes that greater inclusion will foster greater results for companies and the sector as a whole. We are sure that when men and women, industry and communities, work collaboratively as a unit we will build an enduring and sustainable global industry.
